A-60L wall fountain spillway nozzle

Creating a fountain on a smooth or textured wall of stone, glass or other materials requires water to be distributed evenly over the surface. Bloorin therefore manufactures A-30,60,100L wall-fountain overflow nozzles in lengths of 30, 60,100 centimetres, and can be combined to achieve the designer’s required size. The A-60L wall fountain overflow nozzle is part of this company’s A-series wall fountain overflow nozzles, with a length of 60 centimetres, made of 304 stainless steel (rust-resistant) and 316 stainless steel (rust-resistant and resistant to acid and chlorine corrosion) is manufactured.

How the product works:

When this product is mounted on the desired wall, water from the pump enters the nozzle and overflows onto the wall's smooth or textured surface, creating a flow matching the nozzle width. The maximum incoming water flow affects the discharge intensity and consequently the water flow over the wall, which can be adjusted to the client's preference.

Important installation factors:

Easy, convenient installation is an important feature of this product. To create a water wall of the desired length, several nozzles can be installed in series along the fountain wall. Each nozzle uses a DN25 (1-inch) water inlet to reduce costs and simplify installation. A valve is recommended to control the water entering each nozzle. These details are fully explained in the product manual.

Product design and quality:

This product uses an engineered design to stabilize water inside the nozzle and achieve an even flow down the wall. It was specifically researched and developed (R&D) by Bloorin's technical team and, like the company's other products, is manufactured to a high standard.
